Lolita Mingbayeva is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy of the National University of Uzbekistan.

Lolita worked at Ucell for seven years, five of them as a trainer in the Human Resources Training and Development Department. There she developed her own training programs, ran events for top management and participated in performance assessment projects.

Lolita joined HRBG in August 2023 as Head of Personnel Assessment and is currently the Head of Training, Development and Personnel Assessment.
