Vitaliy Bogatov holds a degree in Human Resources Management from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.

Vitaliy has held the position of head of HR services and departments in various Russian companies in B2B, industrial production and medicine, including such well-known companies as SM-Clinica and NPF Dipol.

In November 2021, Vitaliy joined HRBG's team of professionals as HR Business Partner.

During his work in HRBG, he participated in such projects as construction of MTO-based gas chemical complex and development of Tebinbulak iron ore deposit. He is currently the Senior HR Business Partner at Samarkand Tourism Center, where he helped set up HR processes prior to its opening.
