Zarina Sharipova graduated from Ibn Sino Chilanzar Medical College as a physician's assistant.

She began her career at TARLEPLAST LLC, where she spent five years as office manager. Thanks to her expertise in linguistics, Zarina has worked as an Italian interpreter and translator in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce and has participated in numerous exhibitions.

Zarina joined the HRBG team in March 2022, taking up the position of Business Assistant to the CEO. Currently, Zarina is the Deputy CEO.
