Dmitry Gorbunov is a graduate of Tashkent Institute of Transportation Engineers with a degree in engineering and economics. 

Dmitry began his career as a labor and wage engineer with Uzbekistan Railways.

In 2010, he joined General Motors Powertrain Uzbekistan as a personnel recruiter.

Dmitry has participated in projects of major Russian and international companies, including Sveza (wood processing), SINTEC (automotive oils and chemicals), Gazpromneft (oil and gas), Sibur Holding (petrochemicals), and Schneider Electric (energy).

Currently, Dmitry Gorbunov is the HR Business Partner at HRBG. In this role, he is responsible for developing a recruiting strategy that meets the company's needs and goals, as well as sourcing key professionals and executives for the company's partners and clients.
