Olesya is a graduate of the Department of Economics of Moscow Institute of Psychology and Social Sciences. Early in her career, she worked at various Moscow brokerage firms, gaining back office experience in financial and economic matters.

Most of Olesya's career has been spent at the Otkritie Group, where she has risen through the ranks from junior financial specialist to Head of Financial Reporting and Accounting. Prior to joining HRBG, Olesya held the position of Financial Manager in the Business Development Department of Enter Engineering Group.

Olesya is continuously developing her professional skills and improving her qualifications through additional training.  She holds certificates in brokerage, securities and investment funds management.

In June 2023 Olesya joined the team of HRBG and took over the position of the CFO of the company.
