Dilafruz Zokirova graduated from the State Institute of Arts and Culture of Uzbekistan, specializing in the organization and management of cultural and arts institutions.

Her professional journey began in 2021 at Vipstyle, where she worked in the advertising department. She later gained valuable administrative experience, serving as Director Assistant at U-BSS and as a Service Department Administrator at BYD Astana Motors.

In August 2024, Dilafruz joined the HRBG team through an internship program. She currently holds the position of Industrial Recruitment Consultant.
