Mr. Pashazade graduated from the Institute of Practical Oriental Studies at the Institute of Asian and African Countries of Lomonosov Moscow State University and then received a second degree from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.

He has more than 15 years of experience in large international companies. He started his career at TopContact Executive Search and went on to work for Antal International and Alfa Bank. He then joined Otkritie Financial Corporation, where he worked on strategic projects and was Head of Recruiting.

In 2016, Mr. Pashazade founded his own consulting firm "Sofeli" with operations across the CIS.
