Yana Stepanova graduated from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, specializing in finance and credit. She also completed an advanced training program at K.G. Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technology and Management in human resources management and personnel management.

Yana has over 10 years of experience in human resources, having worked in major Russian companies such as Lamoda and United Metallurgical Company (UMC) as Senior Manager for Executive Recruitment.

During her career at UMC, she was responsible for recruiting management staff for UMC international subsidiaries in Turkey and China, as well as securing senior management positions in all of the company's business units.

Yana joined the HRBG team in 2022 as Executive Search Senior Consultant. At the moment, she holds the position of Head of IT Recruitment.
