Firuza Usmanova is a graduate of the Department of Russian Philology of Alisher Navoi State University of Samarkand.

Before joining HRBG, Firuza spent fifteen years as a recruiter at Beeline and Samarkand Tourist Center.

Firuza joined HRBG as a consultant in February 2023. At the moment, she holds the position of Senior Consultant.
