Mr. Marupov began his studies at Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages and then transferred to Tashkent State Technical University. He later continued his education at Liverpool Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.

During his college years, he tutored math and English, preparing high school graduates for university.

Mr. Marupov started his career working for Alandale Logistics LTD in London, and participated in the project of modernizing the tunnels of British Telecom.

Mr. Marupov speaks seven foreign languages and has participated in numerous projects in Russia, Kazakhstan, United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Malta, Poland, Singapore and Malaysia.

Mr. Marupov has been a member of the HRBG team since October 2021. He currently holds the position of Head of Business Development.
