Zukhro Tilyakova is a graduate of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, with a degree in Korean Philology.

Her career began as a financial analyst at YOUNGONE, where she gained valuable experience in the financial sector. She then worked as an insurance specialist at American Bank and a marketer for FERRER, before becoming a sales manager for Silk Road Samarkand's state segment.

Her work at Silk Road has been particularly noteworthy, as she has contributed significantly to the organization of events on the complex's premises. For her efforts, she has received letters of appreciation from the Minister of Tourism and Ecology, Aziz Abdukhakimov, and the Minister of Health, Amrillo Inoyatov.

In May 2024, Zukhro joined HRBG as a Head of Business Development Department, bringing her expertise and experience to the team.
