The Hogan methodology helps to significantly increase the efficiency of selecting candidates for top positions, as well as develop leaders in the company. It is based on a questionnaire and allows you to accurately assess the potential employee for a certain position, which, in turn, helps reduce any risks in the field of personnel management.

Hogan Assessment is necessary to:
·        predict strengths, potential and risks in the situation of selecting a candidate for a position;
·        prepare and carry out adaptation and integration of new managers;
·        provide feedback and formulate development plans for senior managers;
·        improve communication within the management team;
·        identify and outline plans for the development of HiPo (high potential employees);
·        carry out team diagnostics.

Today, the Hogan methodology is the world leader in personnel assessment, which is used in more than 40 countries.

Hogan Assessment is an online test consisting of three blocks:
— HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory) – designed to assess personal qualities that promote success in work and in relationships
— HDS (Hogan Development Survey) – identifies personality-based performance risks and derailers of interpersonal behavior
— MVPI (Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory) – describes personality from the inside – the core goals, values, drivers, and interests

Each section consists of many short questions; on average, it takes 1.5 hours to complete the test. After testing, reports are generated that require interpretation by HRBG certified consultants.
