Khasan Temirov graduated from Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in management.  He is currently pursuing a master's degree in human resource management and talent development at Westminster International University in Tashkent.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Khasan worked for Profi Education, where he taught General English and IELTS, and Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company, where he worked as a software engineer.

Khasan later moved into the compensation and benefits sector, gaining extensive experience working at major telecom companies Mobiuz and Ucell, as well as fintech company Paynet.

Khasan joined HRBG in 2023 as Head of Compensation and Benefits Department, where he successfully designed and implemented a KPI/OKR based bonus system in a short span of time. In addition, he developed a proprietary methodology for job evaluation and grading for HRBG.
