Alexei is a graduate of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Moscow Pedagogical State University.

He started his career in 2011 and spent the first few years as a recruiter for the consulting, logistics and mechanical engineering sectors. In 2015, Alexei joined R-Pharm, an international pharmaceutical company, where he led the recruitment function. From 2016 to 2021, he was a business partner responsible for the entire HR agenda in the service and manufacturing divisions.

From 2021 to 2023 Alexei served as the head of the Human Resources Department of the Rosatom International Network.

In January 2023 Alexei joined the HRBG team, taking the position of Director of the HR and Organizational Development Department.
