Research of staff turnover and rotation in CIS companies

Personnel shortage and selection of specialists from the market: the problem is most acute in CIS companies.

Corporate online learning platform Lerna and HR consulting company HRBG conducted a survey among HR, L&D, recruiters and executives to:

● learn about the reasons and level of staff turnover;

● identify possible effective tools for employee retention;

● identify benchmarks and help companies develop strategies to improve company results.

The survey was attended by 258 representatives of companies from the CIS countries, including HRD, HRBP, HR (54.7%), recruiters, personnel selection specialists (16.3%), L&D/T&D (3.5%), as well as managers , owners, entrepreneurs (10.5%).

Key countries: Belarus (52.7%), Uzbekistan (16.7%), Kazakhstan (14.3%) and Tajikistan (13.2%). Representatives of companies from more than 14 industries took part in the survey, the key areas being: retail/trade (25%), industry (20%), IT (9%), finance/banking (8%).
