SANOAT ENERGETIKA GURUHI (SANEG)

SANOAT ENERGETIKA GURUHI (formerly Jizzakh Petroleum) was established in 2018. Within a short period of time it has become one of the flagships of the Uzbek oil and gas industry.

The company is effectively developing about 70 per cent of the country's oil fields. Large-scale operations are carried out through the use of modern technologies and equipment. This is achieved by attracting foreign investment.

In addition to producing oil and gas, the company refines the raw materials into high value-added products such as gasoline, diesel, oil, jet fuel and a range of other products. Refining takes place at the Fergana Refinery, which has been part of SANEG since May 2022. The fuel is sold through the retail networks of the company's partners throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan.

SANEG has been assigned rights to 103 oil and gas fields, with the corresponding registration of licenses, to use subsoil plots for geological exploration and mining.
