Elena is a graduate of the Department of English Philology of Uzbek State University of World Languages. She completed her postgraduate studies at the Banking Department of Tashkent Financial Institute.

Before joining the HRBG team, Elena worked at AKIB Ipoteka Bank as a department specialist.

Elena is constantly developing her skills by attending various professional trainings and seminars, as well as participating in international exhibitions and forums. This is very helpful given the specifics of her work.

Elena joined the HRBG team in November of 2021 as a recruitment consultant.

She is currently HR Business Partner.
