HRBG employees attended the Annual Leadership & Management / HR Forum 2023 conference, which was held September 7-8, 2023. The conference covered a wide range of current topics related to modern challenges and trends in human resource management.
One of the main themes was rethinking Agile in performance management and leadership practices. The differences between hierarchical and flexible organizational cultures were examined, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each approach.
The application of artificial intelligence in human resource management was also discussed. Conference participants discussed the benefits and risks of using AI in HR processes, including options for increasing efficiency and quality, as well as high risks associated with a lack of data and its quality.
The conference addressed the topic of future learning and development (L&D). Innovative teaching methods were discussed, including online courses and technology platforms. Indicators of coaching effectiveness were presented, as well as methods for determining readiness for training among employees.
The topic of innovation as the main indicator of Performance Management was also covered at the conference. The reasons for the importance of innovation for organizations were outlined and attention was focused on stimulating creativity and motivating employees.
Finally, current trends in recruiting and hiring highly qualified specialists were discussed. The importance of process automation, a marketing approach, remote work and the development of soft skills was emphasized in the context of optimizing the selection, attraction and retention of talent.
Participation in this conference allowed HRBG employees to gain valuable knowledge, insights and practical tools for adapting to modern challenges in human resource management, thanks to which it is possible to introduce innovative solutions and improve management practices within the company's activities.
