HRBG employees attended the Fifth All-Russian HR Forum on the selection and motivation of IT personnel “IT RECRUITING FORUM 2023”, which was held on November 8-10 in Moscow. The forum included a discussion of best practices for attracting, adapting and developing IT personnel. Over the course of three days, experts shared real cases, analyzed errors and difficulties that arose when implementing new practices, and also presented algorithms for solving current problems to the audience.
On the first day, master classes were organized on a variety of topics, from sourcing in modern realities and online communication etiquette to the possibilities of using the ChatGPT neural network by recruiters.
The specifics of the second day of the forum were aimed at analytics, reports and cases from speakers. Topics ranged from analytics and dynamics of the developer labor market to building a CJM system within the company.
And finally, the third day was also devoted to the discussion of reports and cases from invited speakers. Topical issues of automating onboarding processes, introducing a product approach to the HR team, building a DevRel system from scratch, and many others were brought up for discussion.
The participation of HRBG employees in the Fifth All-Russian HR Forum “IT RECRUITING FORUM 2023” in Moscow significantly enriched the professional development of the company’s employees and helped introduce new effective practices in the selection and motivation of IT personnel.
