HRBG employees took part in the Zaamin Ultra marathon.
We are happy to share with you our experience of participating in the Zaamin Marathon! On June 17-18, our team took part in this wonderful event for the third time, and in the mountain race for the first time! We would like to thank everyone who joined the competition as participants and fans, as well as the management for the opportunity!
Despite the long journey, the colleagues showed endurance and covered a distance of 2 km. The leader in the race among our male employees was Mikhail Eshcherkin, and among the girls - Anastasia Talacheva.
We were able to conduct short interviews with marathon participants – Jahongir Rakhmatov and Mikhail Eshcherkin.
“The marathon started earlier than expected - I overslept and missed the bus. Therefore, I had to drive very quickly, thinking that I would not have time to participate. It was very tense in terms of emotions, but there were no problems with physical training or organizational issues. Thank you to the organizers and management for helping to take part in this event!” Jahongir Rakhmatov shared his emotions.
“I have been running for about 6 years. During my school years I devoted a lot of time to this - I did both middle-distance races (2, 3, 5 km) and long-distance races (10, 20, 30 km). Unfortunately, I used to live in a small town and we didn’t have marathons. But I competed in city competitions, as well as in ski relay races. My personal records include covering distances of 25 and 30 km. “Zaamin Ultra” was my first marathon, I was very much charged with the atmosphere of celebration and competition, now I want to train even more and participate in new events!” says Mikhail Eshcherkin about his experience and impressions.
While the participants were covering the distance, Zaamin prepared an unexpected surprise for our runners - a heavy downpour began. However, no one thought of giving up! We are proud of our colleagues and want to thank them for their initiative, perseverance and zeal for victory!
To complete the marathon, HRBG employees took a hot air balloon flight, unfurling the company flag. We hope that the experience will inspire and motivate our other employees to train and prepare to overcome even greater distances, challenging themselves! Let's continue to reach new heights together!
