Cattle of high pedigree have been selected for breeding in order to produce healthy offspring and to improve the genetics of the local herd.

The animals are kept in comfortable, stress-free conditions so that the steers and cows are happy and produce a healthy and high quality product. Jizzax Organic has its own fodder base, where production is run according to the principles of environmental friendliness and utilizes modern technologies: hydroponics, extruding, and steam milling. The cluster has its own breeding and genetics center, as well as a slaughterhouse and a refrigeration plant. Jizzax Organic operates on a "field to counter" basis and maintains a strict quality control during all of its processes.

Jizzax Organic's mission is to provide the people of Uzbekistan with environmentally friendly meat products and to develop the country's export potential. The company is a major investor in the country's agribusiness sector. To date, it has invested more than $120 million, including $69 million in the meat cluster.
