Timur Khodzhaev career path began in the Kontur company, where he worked in sales department and simultaneously adapted new employees.

He got acquainted with recruiting in the Olma Market retail chain, where he was engaged in both mass and targeted recruitment.

In June 2024, he joined HRBG as a Junior Consultant in the IT recruitment department.
