Mikhail Yeshcherkin graduated from the Department of Informatics and Computer Science at the MEPhI National Nuclear Research University in Lesnoy.

Prior to joining the team of HRBG, Mikhail worked as a software developer at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Integrated Plant "ELECTROHIMPRIBOR". He has also participated in different international competitions including the International Collegiate Programming Contest.

Michael joined HRBG in April 2023 as IT Recruitment Consultant and later moved to Compensation and Benefits Department Specialist position.
