Karina Dolganova is a graduate of the Department of Management of Tomsk Polytechnic University.

Prior to joining the HRBG team, she held executive assistant positions at Krantas Group LLC and Roodell LLC.

Karina joined HRBG in 2022 as an Office Manager before moving to the role of Business Assistant. She currently holds the position of Procurement Specialist.
