Victoria Salisheva is a graduate of the Department of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University in Tashkent.

Victoria began her career path while still a student at the university, when she took a position as a secretarial assistant.

While working and studying at the University, she has been invited to speak at various international scientific conferences.

Victoria joined the HRBG team as a consultant in November 2011. Thanks to her professional skills, she's become the Head of Executive Search.
